One of the hardest things to do is tell a consultant why they weren’t picked for the job. Conversely, one of the most aggravating things for a consultant is to not know why they weren’t picked for the job. With PAEVEN's approach we immediately tally the bid metrics upon hitting the RFP deadline. Results are then provided to the bidder to let them know how they fared against their competition. Problem solved.

SO YOU'RE TELLING ME THERE’S A CHANCE!

For some people it isn’t enough to tell them they finished 26th out of 50 in price, 43rd out of 50 in schedule, 36th out of 50 in firm size, etc. Some people want a number, a percent chance to win. Well guess what - we are some of those people! This is what we mean when we say “predictable” revenue. Our software will calculate your percent chance to win based on all information provided to us by the RFP lister so that you can accurately evaluate your firm's future pipeline.

QUESTIONS & CLARIFICATIONS

One thing you want to ensure when bidding is that everyone has the same information. If you have the same information it is easier to compare apples to apples. Doing so digitally is an advantage PAEVEN brings to the table. Our software will allow RFIs to be viewed by all interested bidders. While submitting a bid, interested parties have the ability to list clarifications to exclude or clarify their offer. These items are sorted and accounted for in our bid tabulation sheet for ease of review by the RFP lister.
